We will visit the main haciendas of our region including one which is the inspiration of a romantic novel and another which is the icon of our sugar cane abundance. The Hacienda El Paraíso and the Sugar Cane Museum or Hacienda Piedechinche that holds years of culture and knowledge. These two tourism icons rich in architecture, art, flora and fauna receive every year an important number of visitors looking for a quiet walk surrounded by beautiful landscapes and history. Both haciendas keep the memory alive of what life was like in the XVIII and XIX centuries, maintaining the pleasant freshness, adorned with rose bushes and illuminated by the radiance of the first rays of sun every morning.
We will also have a traditional lunch in between the haciendas that will awake our palates.

With the Cali Coffee Tour, you will be a witness to the process for each stage of production: making the Colombian bean juice. You will learn about the history of coffee and how it is made, from its origin in the Ethiopian highlands, all the way to the Colombian soil. At the coffee farm, you will enjoy a complete tour through the coffee plantation, discovering the seven types of coffee trees that converge in different stages of development with its natural surroundings creating a self-sustainable farm.
