INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS​

Abstracts can be submitted for either oral or poster presentation.

Abstracts should be written according to the instructions below and will be reviewed for acceptance based upon their scientific merit.

The submitting author will be informed whether his/her abstract has been accepted.

The Organizing Committee welcomes abstract submissions on the topics that are listed as follows:

  1. Transboundary Animal Diseases

  2. Protozoal Diseases of Animals and Humans  

  3. Neglected Emerging and Tropical Diseases

  4. Mosquito-borne Diseases

  5. Tick-borne Diseases

  6. Rodent-borne Diseases

  7. Bat-borne Diseases

  8. Next Generation Sequencing Technologies for Emerging Diseases

  9. Rapid Detection and Diagnostics for Emerging Diseases

  10. Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) 

  11. Food-borne Infectious Diseases

 

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES​

  1. Abstracts must be submitted using the online submission link. 

  2. All abstracts must be submitted in English

  3. The names and  affiliations of ALL authors should be included in the abstract, i.e. department, institution, city, country

  4. Abstracts should be no longer than 500 words, not including the title, author names and affiliations.

ABSTRACT CHANGES​

Once you have submitted your abstract you can edit the document/authors/affiliations etc. by logging in again.

ABSTRACT STATUS​

You can check the status of abstracts submitted by logging in. Click on the abstract tab to track the review process. 

Once your abstract has been reviewed you will also receive an email notification. 

Keep note of your username and password so you can use these features.

The submitting author will be informed whether his/her abstract has been accepted.
