Registration Fee includes: Conference program and entrance to sessions.
Payment for registration fees may be made by bank transfer*, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners) or invoice to your institution.
In case of invoice payment, if Target Conferences does not receive the purchase order prior to the event, participant must pay on-site and obtain reimbursement from his/her institution following the event.

*Please ensure that the name/s of the participants and meeting name (ZOO 2021) are clearly stated on the bank transfer. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY ON REGISTRATION
Our refund policy on Registration is based upon receiving notification as follows:
Received prior to October 15, 2021 (by 23:59 GMT+2): full refund less 10% handling fee
Received from October 16, 2021 up until November 15, 2021 (by 23:59 GMT+2): 50% refund
Received from November 16, 2021: No refund.
